Which one should be new logo for Notes Plus?

UPDATE: For more than a month of gathering feedbacks, I think I know exactly what the new logo should be:
- More polished and professional
- 3D touch – don’t use the Apple shine effect
- Get rid of the word “Notes”, it’s irrelevant
- Brighter color, black looks depressing and too serious
This is what my graphics designer came up with and probably what I will use starting next version:
