496 Browse mode : Link isn’t updated when clikcking on the first link out of google search

Steps to reproduce :

1) Visit google.com
2) Search any information
3) Click on the link
4) Observe result

Observed : link isn’t updated accordingly

Note : clicking on a subsequent link in the page and then hitting the back button will make the url update properly.

495 A black clipping region appears after watching a YouTube video on browser mode

This issue happens on both production build (v3.0.3) and beta build (v3.0.4, 5/16)

Steps to reproduce :

1) start video in portrait.

2) zoom to full screen mode

3) rotate landscape and remain on full-screen mode

4) watch video to end or scrub until last few seconds

Observed result : when the video finishes playing and it has to drop back to the smaller window size, A black clipping region appears at the bottom.

Steps :

1) Drag to trigger change page gesture

2) Observe the loading messages

–> OBSERVED RESULT : 2 messages are overlapped when turning pages

It is possible to draw with stroke opacity set to zero

1. Open the Palette, Slide the opacity slider to 0.0 without going all the way to the end.

You can write/draw on the page and it looks like an opacity of 1.0. But change pages and come back and the strokes are gone.

NOTE: 3.0.3 behaves like this as well.

492 Moving a paragraph of 4-5 handwritten text is so sluggish on iPad 1

Steps to reproduce :

1) Open close-up box
2) Write about 5 lines
3) Circle around the paragraph
4) Drag and move the selection area
5) Observe the result

Observed : it’s pretty much sluggish when moving the selected handwriting, the text isn’t catching up with the moving of your finger.

491 Textbox changes are not saved

It seems that if you turn the page too fast after you’ve made a change to a textbox, it will not be saved by the app, so when you come back, the textboxes went back to their original spot or their original font.

490 Export files aren’t saved to customized Dropbox folder

Steps to reproduce :

1) Set Dropbox folder to a new customized folder

2) Try to export notebook to Dropbox (WebArchive or PDF)

–> Observed result : the exported files are saved on default Dropbox folder, not the customized folder

Expected : it should save the exported files to customized Dropox folder

489 User is still able to make new recording while the notebook is set as read-only

Once a notebook is set as read-only, user is still able to make new recordings (the number of recordings are increased).

488 It takes a long time (3-4 seconds) to load the page (iPad 1)

Page rendering on iPad 1 is rendering pretty slow, if we use gesture to turn page, it takes around 2-4 secs to complete loading entire page.

Just try to open the Quick Start and turn page, this issue can be easily found. It’s flashing more than it does on v3.0.3 (probably because we reduce tile size?)

This issue also happens when I open old notebooks created from v3.0.3.

487 “Change Style” doesn’t reflect current shape’s settings

Steps to reproduce :

1) Make a shape in some color such as red, then deselect it
2) Select another pen, like a black pen, tap the arrow
3) Select “Change Style”

–> OBSERVED RESULT : it automatically defaults to the current pen’s settings and not the object’s

remember: We just can show object settings if there is only one object is selected.
