    Hi – just bought it today, and really impressed so far. One thing – the ‘indent’ feature where the close up writing box jumps back to the middle of the page (i.e. lines up under where your originally created it) doesn’t seem to work. I placed a picture at the left margin, then created a text box to its right, but when it goes to the next line it zooms all the way to the left – on top of the picture.

      Hi Brian,

      When the closeup box reaches the end of a line, it doesn’t move to the same horizontal position where you first activated it. Instead, it relies on the left and right margins (the two red lines). You can drag them to change this auto-advance behavior.

    Great App indeed. I used it every day now. Is there a way to flip pages using finger motion rather than pointing to the arrow on top?

      Sorry, it’s not supported yet. We’ll need to think of a suitable way to handle page navigation together with the existing method.

    I tap the button to export to Google Docs, but they do not appear in Docs. How does it know my Google I’d? There doesn’t seem to be a place to insert the address. Can you help please?

      Hi Richard,

      It’s supposed to ask you to fill in username/password of your gmail address once you export your notebook to Google Docs. Can you please exit the app from background and try again? (double-tap Home button to reveal the background dock, long-press Notes Plus icon until it wiggles, then tap the red minus (-) . Make sure your iPad is connected with wifi network.

    In Text mode (I have not tried it in ABC mode), when I reach the bottom of a page my text is hidden. In other words, it does not flow on to the next or new page. Similarly, if I go back and add some text, the text at the bottom of the page becomes hidden. In both cases I can cut text near the bottom of the page and the hidden text appears. Is there any way to make text flow from one page to the next?

      Hi David,

      This is still a limitation of Text mode. It doesn’t auto jump to new page when reaching to the bottom of a page. We’ll research for a better implementation of Textbox mode.

    I have just purchased version 3.0, and think this will be a great app, once I get more familiar with all the ins and outs. For now, I am having a difficult time setting my preferred font, and size-I can see where to choose it, but actually having it set seems a mystery. What step might I be missing? Thanks!

      Hi Marna,

      There is a glitch that Font Setting doesn’t apply when changing in Font Dialog.This should be fixed in v3.0.1

    Hi guys, great app but I think a bug might have created up! As I didn’t have my stylus on me I took some notes in txt, as my page got filled with a series of thoughts I wanted to add a new page when my first page’s content disappeared! I use ipad1… Can I recover my lost work? Can you please look at the app’s stability?

      Hi Fabio,

      There’s a serious bug that makes text vanish after a page refresh if it contains the “&“ and “<” characters. This has been fixed in v3.0.1. The update was submitted to App Store yesterday. It will take a couple of days for Apple to approve our submission. For now, please avoid these deadly characters in your notes.

    I just installed the app 3.0 on my ipad2. Great app with lots of powerful features. I really liked its functionality. But I’m not really happy with some aspects of the GUI. For example, the tools are spread all acorss the page – some horizondally at the top, some vertically on the left, and another one horizondally at the bottom. It will be great if they can be arranged logically at one place, rather than all around the page.

    Another suggestion is that the “title” text be moved to a separate line by itself along with the creation timestamp. It provides enough room to display the entire name. This line could be placed at the top of every page, just above/below the tool bar.

    Also, I would like to see separate icons to access the undo and redo buttons on the toolbar, rather than a drop-down.

    I can’t find the button, sync with dropbox, but i can find it to GDocs, what am I doing wrong, I have the latest version of IO’s on my Ipad and the latest version of Notes Plus.

      Hi Niels,

      Yes, you can. Just tap Tools (the wrench icon on the toolbar) > Insert picture from Photo Library / Camera (iPad 2 only).

    I can’t seem to find bullet points anywhere in the app. I like using the app with my apple keyboard but need to be able to set bullet points or paragraph numbers etc. Is this possible?
