How do I tranfer the audiofiles to my computer. When i try to export them, nothing happens. I would prefer to send them by e-mail or to the dropbox, but this does not be possible with audio files. Best Max
You’re right it’s not currently possible to export recordings to Dropbox or email them. Instead, please do the following to save them to your computer:
1. Tap Tools (top-left wrench icon) > Browse Library, then tap the Recordings folder. Next, tap Edit at the bottom, select the recording, tap the Actions button and then “Export to iTunes”
2. Hook your iPad to your computer and launch iTunes.
3. Locate “Notes Plus Documents”. Read about File Sharing (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4094 ) and you will know where that is.
4. Select the .caf files from Notes Plus Documents and click “Save to” to save them to your computer.
5. Use QuickTime to play them.
I purchased notesplus ver. 3.0 not too long ago and see that you now have version 3.1. Normally the Apple App store prompts me when there is an update. I am wondering if it is available on the App Store, and if I have to pay for this update or if it is included?
The current version is v3.0.8 and v3.1 is being worked on; it’s not on the App Store yet, and when it is, it’s FREE to all existing users. We’ll keep you informed.
I see wonderful possibilities with this app. But I am stuck at trying to use the web browser it provides. It will bring up Note-book’s web pages and help pages, but so far, I have found nothing that has shown me why I cannot get on the internet via the browser that is in the APP. What am I missing?
In the browser panel, tap the address bar at the top and enter a web address. Did you do this and yet nothing happened? Were you trying to open a specific site? Note that if that site requires authentication, Notes Plus won’t open it. This is a known flaw and we’ll fix it in a future version.
Is there a way to use Google Drive for a full backup and restore of all my notes? I want to do a complete reset of my iPad, setting it up as if it was new. My Dropbox is too full to accommodate my notes.
I’m afraid we haven’t supported autobackup and restore with Google Drive just yet. I suggest moving some of your Dropbox files to Google Drive to make some room for backups. Or you can back up manually and save the backup onto Google Drive, and download it and restore when you need to do so.

Hi Gabriel,
Notes Plus sells for $7.99 and it’s an iPad app, not another tablet. More information can be found here: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/notes/id374211477?mt=8 . Just let us know if you have further questions.
